Whether you win or lose it feels great because you are either excited that you won or it is a great learning experience. After a competition it is a great time to look at how you did and see what worked and what didn’t and how to improve.”

“Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, MMA, and Judo. I have taught martial arts for about 20 years.”

“It depends on the person. I have seen everything from helping somebody with weight loss to helping children with behavior issues. It can help with self-confidence, teach discipline, and help make you a better all around person.”
What do you enjoy most when you teach?

“Seeing people’s lives improve over time. I have seen many people go from being timid and undisciplined to a confident person that enjoys challenges and wants more out of life.”
How has Martial Arts changed your life?
Instructor Daniel:
“It has given me the tools to be both physically and mentally fit. No matter what challenge I face in my personal life I find martial arts helps me get through it. If you can handle getting punched in the face, other challenges in life don’t seem that bad.”
